Our teen and adult programs are designed to build friendships, strengthen skills, and foster community. At Sensory FIT, we believe in creating opportunities that prepare individuals of all abilities not just for daily life — but for a life they love. 💖
Adult Social Club (All Abilities) is a weekly program for adults (18+) focused on connection, creativity, movement, and meaningful social engagement in a supportive, sensory-informed environment.
Thursdays | 1:00–3:00 or 5:00–7:00 PM
Memberships - $199/Month
Includes weekly Thursday sessions and one Birthday Club celebration per month.
Drop-In - $60/session
Available as space permits.

A joyful, inclusive birthday celebration for adults (18+) of all abilities! Each month, we host a big birthday party honoring everyone celebrating that month — with music, activities, treats, and meaningful community connection.
Tuesdays | 1:00–3:00 PM
$30 per person
FREE with Sensory FIT Adult Membership
Not a drop-off event. Parent/caregiver must remain on-site.
