Our teen and adult programs are designed to build friendships, strengthen skills, and foster community. At Sensory FIT, we believe in creating opportunities that prepare individuals not just for daily life — but for a life they love. 💖

We’re taking a short pause on Teen & Tween Nights while we rework the program to better serve this age group. New formats, activities, and themes are coming soon — and we can’t wait to bring it back even better.

Sensory FIT offers structured social recreation for neurodivergent teens and adults (16+), helping build connection, confidence, and independence through fun, real-life activities.
Weekly Offering – Social Recreation Program
A staff-supported, small-group program with games, creative activities, movement, and shared experiences where social and life skills develop naturally in a relaxed, inclusive environment.
Thursdays: 1:00–3:00 PM or 5:00–7:00 PM
A monthly inclusive social night for adults (18+) of all abilities — including neurodivergent individuals — with meaningful connection for parents and caregivers too.
$25 per individual | FREE for participants enrolled in a Sensory FIT Adult Program
Not a drop-off event. Parent/caregiver must remain on-site.
